• E-tickets can only be viewed with the mobile phone number you registered at the time of purchase. Please be careful not to make any mistakes when entering your number.
• E-tickets can only be used by people with a smartphone and a Japanese domestic contracted mobile phone number that starts with 090, 080, or 070 that can connect to the Internet. In addition, an SMS contract is required for iPhones.
• Feature phones, tablet devices, Raku-Raku smartphones, and Galaho phones are not compatible with smartphone e-tickets. In addition, there are some smartphones that cannot be used. Precautions regarding COVID-19 infection prevention measures

• The performance will be held with infection control measures in accordance with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines for music concerts.
• Please note that we will be streaming footage of the venue, including customers, and making photos public.
• The number of people allowed in the venue will be limited in accordance with the guidelines.
• If the guidelines change, the seating arrangements and precautions may change. (PG will inform you of any changes via your purchase.)

• Purchaser information is obtained at the time of purchase.
• In order to reduce contact upon entry and ease congestion, we will only be accepting electronic tickets.
• We will have alcohol-based disinfectant at the entrance to the venue, so please disinfect your hands when you enter. After entering, please cooperate with cough etiquette and wash your hands frequently.
• Upon entering, staff will use a non-contact thermometer to take your temperature. If the temperature check reveals a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or if you refuse to have your temperature taken, you will be denied entry.
• If you have consumed alcohol, your temperature may not be measured accurately during the temperature check, so please do not consume alcohol when attending.
• Wearing a mask will be strictly enforced inside the venue. Please bring your own mask. Anyone not wearing a mask will be denied entry.
• Singing along is not permitted. Clapping, clapping your hands, raising your hands, etc. are fine.
• Please note that if staff members are patrolling the venue and find any close contact areas, they may ask you to remove any crowding.
• If you begin to feel unwell or become unwell during your visit, please inform a member of staff immediately.
• After the show, we will be regulating the exits to avoid overcrowding. Staff will guide you out one by one, so please wait in your seats.
• In order to reduce the risk of infection, we will decline to accept gifts, flower arrangements, or congratulatory flowers.
• Please refrain from waiting for performers to arrive or leave the venue as this may cause inconvenience to those around the venue and may create crowded spaces.
• Please refrain from purchasing tickets for commercial purposes.
• Any commercial ticket purchase applications or resales are strictly prohibited. Resale tickets will be invalid and you will not be able to enter the venue.

Please refrain from visiting if any of the following apply to you:

• A person has a history of PCR testing, and (a) for symptomatic individuals, the results were obtained less than 10 days after the onset of symptoms and within 72 hours after symptoms improved, or (b) 24 hours after symptoms improved and two PCR tests with at least 24-hour intervals have not yielded negative results, or (c) for asymptomatic pathogen carriers, the results were obtained less than 10 days after a negative test was confirmed, or (d) 6 days after the date of specimen collection and two PCR tests with at least 24-hour intervals have not yielded negative results.
• Those who have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher when their temperature is checked before departing for the venue
• Cough, difficulty breathing, severe fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste
• Smell disorder, conjunctivitis, headache, joint pain, diarrhea, nausea
• Those with symptoms such as vomiting
• Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
• Those who have a family member, housemate, or close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus
• Those who have traveled to a country or region within the past two weeks where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a period of observation after entry, or who have had close contact with a resident of such a country
