How to watch "FanStream" broadcasts

Download "FanStream" here

Please download the FanStream app before the program starts, and after logging in, make sure SYC is displayed in the artist selection.
A push notification will be sent from the FanStream app to inform you when the live broadcast begins.
As a general rule, archives will not be kept, so we recommend that you download the FanStream app and set up push notifications.

  • Download FanStream App

  • Click the "Select Artist" button on the top right

  • Select SYC

  • Event details will be displayed

  • Click "Enter" after the opening time

  • The player is displayed at the top and comments are displayed at the bottom.

  • Turn your phone sideways to expand the player

  • Turn your phone sideways to expand the player

  • Comments off

    Click the comment icon on the right to toggle between showing and hiding comments.

  • full screen

    Click the size icon in the top left to frame the player and display it full screen.

  • Comment function

    Click the pen icon under the comment to display the form and keyboard and enter and post your comment.

Make sure your notifications are turned on.
■ For Android
Settings > Apps and notifications > "FanStream"
Make sure your notifications are turned on.

* Menu names vary depending on the OS and model. If you are unsure, please contact your mobile phone company.

About app viewing

  • ・You can watch on your smartphone in either portrait or landscape orientation.

Caution when watching the app

  • -Please note that avatar and action functions cannot be used.
  • ・Stream is a SYC exclusive content. Screenshots, screen recording, and audio recording are prohibited.

Other notes

  • - If you contact us just before the live broadcast with questions such as "I can't log in to the app," we may not be able to respond in time for the start of the broadcast.
  • ・If the distribution time has been decided in advance, there is a possibility that access will be concentrated at the start of the distribution, so please be sure to log in and enter the site in advance before waiting.
  • ・Please watch in a location with a good connection. Please note that you may not be able to watch the video stably in an environment with poor connection or signal conditions.
  • ・Please check the recommended environment in advance and view the video in an environment where it is possible to watch.
