*Please note that refunds cannot be made outside the application period.

Refunds will be made using E-Context's "CASH POST" service.

Details of the refund procedure will be sent from Ticket Plaza (formerly EMTG) to the email address you registered when purchasing your ticket after 10:00 on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, so please follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the refund.

*Depending on your domain-specific reception settings, you may not receive emails. Please make sure to allow reception from the (@plusmember.jp) domain.

The ticket price + system fee + electronic ticket fee will be refunded to the account you registered with Cash Post.

Please note that convenience store payment fees are not eligible for refunds.

*If there is a history of a bank reversal due to an incorrect registration of an account number, etc., the reversal fee will be deducted from the above amount.
