▼What is on-site pickup (mobile order)?

This is a system that allows you to pick up products ordered at Yamamoto Sayaka OFFICIAL GOODS STORE at the venue on the same day.

Please purchase and pay in advance online, then pick up your item at the designated location/time.

*Even if you do not have a ticket for the applicable performance, you can still use this service.

▼Application period/Target performances

・Ticket acceptance period: From 18:00 on Monday, March 4th until 23:59 on the day before each performance

・3/15 (Fri) Osaka Festival Hall, doors open 18:00/performance begins 19:00

・Saturday, March 23rd, NHK Hall, Tokyo, Doors open at 16:00, Performance begins at 17:00

*We plan to sell the items directly at each venue. However, this may change without prior notice.

*Product receipt times/reception periods may change depending on the situation.

▼ Product pickup time

Friday, March 15: 15:00-19:00

March 23 (Sat): 13:00-17:00

*15 minute intervals / First come, first served basis for each time slot

*You will not be able to pick up your items 30 minutes before the doors open for each performance.

*Pick-up times are subject to change without notice.

▼Order

・Available for orders totaling ¥5,000 or more.

・Please select the pick-up date and time.

・Each time slot will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will not be able to select a time slot once the limit has been reached.

- The delivery date cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.

▼How to receive your product

Please prepare the following documents and present them at the pick-up counter at the venue on your selected pick-up date and time.

If you do not have the following items, we will not be able to give you the product. Please be sure to remember to bring them with you.

①Identification document (driver's license, health insurance card, student ID, etc.)

② The last 5 digits of the order number issued after the order is confirmed (you can check this on the order confirmation screen, in the order confirmation email, or in your account page order history)

・Pick-up counter: A product pick-up counter will be set up at the venue.

・Only the person who placed the order can pick up the item at the venue.

・Please come directly to the venue pick-up counter during the selected time.

・Shopping bags etc. will not be provided. Please bring your own.

*If the product has not been received

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, your order will be changed to a delivery pick-up order.

- Product shipping date: Same as delivery order

・Delivery address: The "delivery address" registered when placing your order

- Delivery fee: Same amount as for delivery pick-up orders
