・Please note that even if you reside in Japan, if you register in English/Chinese (Traditional)/Korean, you will be registered as an "Overseas Member."

・If a person residing in Japan has mistakenly registered as an [overseas member], or if a person residing outside of Japan has mistakenly registered as a [domestic member], you will need to cancel your membership and register again.

In such cases, please note that we will not be able to provide refunds or transfer your membership information.

・If you already have a Plus member ID and would like to register as an overseas member, your account may be registered as a Japanese account. If you are unable to select a nationality other than Japan when registering your information, please register again.

・Once you have selected a course, it cannot be changed unless you cancel your membership. Please consider carefully before making your selection.

・Please note that member-only content such as the newsletter, MOVIE, and STAFF DIARY will generally be available in Japanese.

・If you wish to receive your membership benefits, but have not registered a correct address, please note that we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the shipment and will not be able to provide a refund.
