Notice of changes to the Terms of Use
#FC NEWS
Thank you for your continued use of "Yamamoto Sayaka Official Fan Club SYC".
We would like to inform you that we have decided to revise some of our terms of use.
Last updated: June 9, 2023
[Revision item ①]
We have included the 2020 Civil Code amendments in all our terms and conditions. (Article 2)
(Summary of the revision)
The 2020 Civil Code amendments allow the Company to make changes to the terms and conditions that fall under the category of "standard terms and conditions" at its discretion. In doing so, the Company is obligated to display such changes. In this revision, we have once again stated that the terms and conditions are "standard terms and conditions" and the obligation to display such changes.
[Revision item ②]
The clauses regarding individual payment methods have been deleted, and a note has been added stating that the types of charges are described in the "Description Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" separately stipulated by our company (Article 3, Paragraph 3).
(Summary of the revision)
With this revision of the Terms of Use, we have unified our Terms of Use. Accordingly, regarding payment methods, we have stated that the charge types are set out in the "Description Based on Specified Commercial Transactions" separately stipulated by our company.
[Revision ③]
Changes to our disclaimer provisions (Article 6, Paragraph 2)
(Summary of the revision)
Due to the revision of the Consumer Contract Act, some unclear disclaimer clauses that make it difficult to file claims for compensation will be invalid. With this revision, we have clarified our disclaimer provisions.
[Revision ④]
We have included a severability clause in all our terms and conditions (Article 9).
(Summary of the revision)
Due to the amendment of the Consumer Contract Act, some unclear clauses that make it difficult to file compensation claims have been invalidated. However, we have stated that other provisions remain valid.
【others】
Some of the regulations were written in bullet points, so this revision unifies the clauses and makes other minor adjustments to wording.
