*You can only participate from a smartphone device.
<How to redeem your prize>
Prize redemption will take place at the "FC Booth" at the live venue.
Exchanges will not be made outside the venue.
Please show the winning screen to the staff at the FC booth to receive your prize.
*The participation prize is digital content and does not need to be exchanged at the booth.
*Please note that redemption will not be possible after the redemption time.
<Notes regarding the mobile lottery>
*If you are unable to exchange the ticket on the day, or if someone who draws the lottery cannot come to the venue on the day, your winnings will be invalidated.
*The prize can only be redeemed by the winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed on behalf of the winner.
*If you accidentally delete the results screen, the same results screen will be displayed no matter how many times you access it on the same day.
