<How to participate>
Please scan the QR code posted at the venue to participate in the mobile lottery.
*You can only participate from a smartphone device.
<How to redeem your prize>
Prize redemption will take place at the "FC Booth" at the live venue.
Exchanges will not be made outside the venue.
Please show the winning screen to the staff at the FC booth to receive your prize.
*The participation prize is digital content and does not need to be exchanged at the booth.
*Please note that redemption will not be possible after the redemption time.

*Please note that if you register SYC and SYC MOBILE with different Plus member IDs (email addresses), you will not be a W member.
*It is possible to change your Plus member ID (email address) so that you can use all services, but depending on the application status and possession status of electronic tickets, and the time of your inquiry, we may not be able to respond. Please check in advance.
*Prizes can only be redeemed at the venue on the day of the prize.
*If you are unable to exchange the ticket on the day, or if someone who draws the lottery cannot come to the venue on the day, your winnings will be invalidated.
