We would like to inform you of some important points regarding my solo tour "I'm ready" which starts on Saturday, February 23rd.
Please be sure to read this if you are attending so that everyone can enjoy the performance.
<Event Notes>
[About tickets]
As we inform you at the time of your application, illegal resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets sold through SYC Pre-sale, SYC MOBILE Pre-sale, and Pia Play Guide Fast Pre-sale will bear the name of the purchaser entered at the time of application.
We will randomly check your identity at the time of admission for all performances of the tour. On the day of the performance, please bring your ticket with your name on it and an ID that can verify that your name is the same as the name on the ticket*1, and follow the instructions of the staff to show your ID. Please note that you will not be allowed to enter if you do not bring your ID.
*Please note that it may be very crowded just before the start of the show due to identity verification, and you may not be able to enter the venue in time for the show to begin. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter the venue as soon as possible when the doors open. If we are unable to confirm that the purchaser and attendee are the same person, or if we find that the tickets have been resold or transferred, you will be denied entry.
We are not responsible for any problems related to tickets obtained through any means other than the official purchase method.
* Accompanying persons must enter at the same time as the person who purchased tickets. If the purchaser or accompanying person will enter after the start of the show, please contact us at least two days before the show. If you purchased tickets through the SYC Pre-sale or SYC MOBILE Pre-sale, please contact either site for inquiries, and if you purchased tickets through the Pia Playguide Fast Pre-sale (accepted from 12:00 on Saturday, January 26th to 23:59 on Wednesday, January 30th), please contact the individual performance's inquiries.

<Items that can be accepted as identification>
Pattern 1: If you have a photo of your face
Please bring one of the following items:
1. Passport
2. Driver's License/International Driver's License
3. Official photo license (maritime, aviation, architect, etc.)
4. Basic Resident Registration Card
5. Physical disability certificate
6. Alien Registration Card
7. My Number Card (notification cards are not accepted)
8. Welfare handbook
9. Insurance card with photo
10. Student ID with photo
11. Rehabilitation record book
If you have any form of government-approved identification other than those listed above, please contact either SYC Pre-sale or SYC MOBILE Pre-sale sites if you purchased your tickets up to two days before the performance, or contact the individual performance sites if you purchased your tickets through Pia Playguide's Fastest Pre-sale.
If you do not have any of the above items 1 to 11 or an official form of identification, please bring the documents listed below.
*Please note that student ID cards of people aged 19 or over will not be accepted, even if they have a photo.
*If you have a student ID/health insurance card that does not have a photo, please see Pattern 2.
*Please note that any identity verification documents that are copied, handwritten, expired, or have been tampered with to make them unusable will not be accepted.
Pattern 2: If you don't have a photo

Insurance card, resident's card, family register, family register extract, seal registration certificate, pension book
*Please bring all official certificates in the same condition as they were officially issued.
In addition, resident registration cards, family register copies, and extracts from family registers are valid for up to six months after issue.

*You will not be allowed entry with only one official document.

Employee ID cards, student ID cards without a photo, credit cards, cash cards
*Utility bills (electricity/water, etc.) and various postal items will be invalid even if your name is printed on them.
[About the venue]
Please refrain from gathering in front of the venue as this will cause inconvenience to the building and neighboring tenants.
We ask for your cooperation in leaving the venue promptly after the performance has ended.
[About gifts]
Due to space and travel restrictions, we are unable to accept gifts.
Letters can be submitted at the letter reception desk at the venue.
[Photography and recording during the performance is strictly prohibited]
Photography and recording by anyone other than staff approved by the organizers is strictly prohibited.
If we find you recording or taking photographs using your mobile phone, digital camera, IC recorder, etc., we will delete all data and ask you to leave, and we will also terminate your SYC and SYC MOBILE membership, so please refrain from such actions.
Customers who cause trouble for other customers or do not follow the instructions of staff inside or outside the venue may be asked to leave.
In such cases, no refunds will be given for tickets or other items.
The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other troubles caused by customers inside or outside the venue.
In addition, if a similar act causes an accident or injury to a third party,
The parties involved will resolve the issue between themselves. The organizers will not be involved in any discussions or other problem-solving.
[Before the doors open and after the show starts]
Please refrain from waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue, as this will cause inconvenience to residents near the venue and the venue itself.
[About celebratory flowers]
We will be accepting flower stands, flower arrangements, and dressing room flowers at Zepp Sapporo on April 9th, Zepp Fukuoka on April 22nd, Zepp Nagoya on April 24th and 25th, Zepp Tokyo on May 13th and 14th, and Zepp Namba on May 27th and 28th. However, please ask your florist to collect the flower stands, flower arrangements, and dressing room flowers when placing your order.
The collection date and time will be confirmed with the florist at the time of delivery.
Please send your items directly to the venue.
*Please refrain from making inquiries yourself.
*Please be sure to arrange for collection after the event ends.
Please note that due to space limitations, we will be unable to accept flower arrangements, dressing room flowers, etc. at performances other than those listed above.
*We plan to display flowers in the lobby, but depending on the specifications and size of the flowers, we may not be able to display them due to space restrictions, safety concerns, and the message on the wooden plaque. Thank you for your understanding.
*We cannot accommodate requests to take home the flowers and accessories yourself, or to specify a location for returning them.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept your order if the company is unable to collect the flowers due to circumstances.
The delivery address for dressing room flowers is the same as for stand flowers.
When sending, please make it clear on the shipping slip that these are dressing room flowers.
Please note that dressing room flowers will not be displayed in the lobby, so you will not be able to check the condition of the flowers on the day.
*Bouquets of flowers and other items will be treated as gifts, so please bring them to the gift reception at the venue.
*Please note that the event may be delayed due to delivery issues, etc., and the organizers will not take responsibility for such delays.
