[Guidelines for preventing the spread of the new coronavirus during events]
In preparing for the concert, all organizing staff will make every effort to prevent infection and the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus disease).
We will make careful decisions based on future guidelines from the Japanese government and the current infection situation, and at the same time, we will implement the following measures to ensure that as many customers as possible can enjoy this performance to their heart's content.
We ask that all customers who are planning to visit our facility understand the purpose of our infection prevention measures and cooperate with them.
■We are currently in discussions regarding the implementation of merchandise sales at the venue.
■ Cancellation of the arrangement of gifts and flower stands (including dressing room flowers)
■ Temperature checks for visitors at the venue entrance (customers with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry)
■ Visitors will be required to disinfect their hands at the entrance to the venue (disinfectant will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue)

■In the unlikely event that a positive case of COVID-19 is confirmed within the venue, or if a public institution such as a health center requests disclosure, we may provide customer information without refusal.
■Please ask all visitors to wear masks.
■Staff on-site will be required to wear masks.
■ Ventilation will be carried out before and after each performance and during the performance.
■ Prohibition of shouting or cheering during the performance
■ Eating is prohibited inside the venue (hydration during breaks is permitted).

[Regarding customers who wish to refrain from visiting]
If any of the following apply to you on the day of the performance, you will not be able to participate, so please refrain from attending.
■ Those who are experiencing symptoms of illness or have had close contact within the past two weeks with someone who has the following symptoms (e.g. a colleague at work, etc.)
- Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 and have been instructed to stay at home by a doctor, public health center, etc.
- Those with cold symptoms (fever, sore throat, headache, joint pain, etc.) or a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher
・Those who have strong fatigue (fatigue) or respiratory symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing)
-Those with other symptoms (diarrhea, loss of taste, taste disorder, eye discharge, redness in the eyes, etc.)
・Those with cough, phlegm, or chest discomfort
- Those who have a family member or close acquaintance who is infected or suspected of being infected
・Those who show symptoms of COVID-19
Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has announced entry restrictions or a period of observation after entry within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.
[Notes on performances and venues/prohibited items]
■The use of tickets for commercial purposes or for resale is prohibited. If any illegal sale, duplication, or counterfeiting of the exchanged ticket is discovered, the ticket will be invalidated and you will be denied entry.
■Under any circumstances, tickets cannot be changed or refunded after purchase or exchange.
■Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Thank you for your understanding.
■The use of cameras (including mobile phone cameras), video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited within the venue. (This does not apply if there is information that filming is permitted.)
■Bringing dangerous items or alcohol, or participating in the event while under the influence of alcohol, is prohibited.
■Please dispose of your trash or take it home with you at your own responsibility.
■If the organizers determine that you are interfering with the safe running of the event, you may be asked to leave or denied entry.
■The management and venue will not be held responsible for any damage to items within the hall or to the hall itself.
■We recommend that you leave your luggage or large items in the coin lockers around the venue in advance. The organizers will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen luggage.
■Please take care of your valuables. We will not be held responsible if they are lost.
■If any items are left behind or lost, they will be disposed of one week after the event unless reported. If you have any information, please contact us as soon as possible.
■If you are coming in a wheelchair or bringing a service dog, please contact us in advance.
■In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of staff and act calmly without panicking.
■Due to the structure of the venue and the setup conditions, depending on your seat, it may be difficult to see the stage / video / performers. Thank you for your understanding.
■Please note that if filming is conducted for interviews, customers may appear in the footage.
■Please note that the event may be canceled due to weather, other troubles, or the artist's circumstances.
