*Please be sure to apply as the purchaser.
*Please log in with the Plusmember ID that owns the ticket and apply for the ticket. If you have multiple IDs, we cannot refund you if you apply for the ticket with an ID other than the one you used to purchase the ticket.
*Please make sure to check the ticket ownership status from the list of owned tickets on your My Page before proceeding. Please note that if there are any errors in the application details, refunds will not be made even if the application is made within the period.
*If you have purchased tickets for multiple performances, please apply for a refund for all performances you have purchased.
*For those who have applied for a refund, refunds will only be available if it is confirmed that the ticket was purchased through Ticket Plaza Trade and that the person did not attend the event.
*Applications are limited to one per person for each performance. Reapplications will not be accepted, so please make sure you apply correctly.
