You can enter the lottery once at each site!
Members attending multiple performances can participate at each venue.

Participation prize: Original tour wallpaper (digital prize) *5 types in total for Tokyo and Osaka performances

<How to participate>
Please scan the QR code posted at the venue to participate in the mobile lottery.
*You can only participate from a smartphone device.

<How to redeem your prize>
Prizes will be redeemed at the "FC Booth" at the live venue. Prizes cannot be exchanged outside the venue.
Please show the winning screen to the staff at the FC booth to receive your prize.
*The participation prize is digital content and does not need to be exchanged at the booth.

*Prize redemption time: from the start of merchandise sales for each performance until 30 minutes after the start of the performance. We cannot accommodate any other times, so please come early to redeem your prize.

<Notes regarding the mobile lottery>

*Please note that if you register SYC/ SYC MOBILE with a different Plus member ID (email address), you will not be a W member.

To check if you are a W member, go to your Ticket Plus My Page and under "Associated Site My Page" and see if "Yamamoto Sayaka" and "Yamamoto Sayaka Mobile" are displayed.

*Prizes can only be redeemed at the venue on the day of the prize.

*If you are unable to exchange the ticket on the day, or if someone who draws the lottery cannot come to the venue on the day, your winnings will be invalidated.

*The prize can only be redeemed by the winner. Prizes cannot be redeemed on behalf of the winner.

*If you accidentally delete the results screen, the same results screen will be displayed no matter how many times you access it on the same day.

Please display the results screen again using the QR code and show it at the FC booth.

*On the day of the performance, each person may only participate once from each website.

*Only SYC/ SYC MOBILE members can participate in this lottery.

*You can also participate in the lottery without having a ticket before the performance. However, once the venue opens, only those who have a ticket can participate in the lottery.
