Regarding inquiries about undelivered items

If your package has not been delivered due to an incorrect address or other reasons, we will accept your request for re-delivery during the period below.

Please note that shipping charges will be borne by the customer and must be paid by the customer.

*Please note that in the case of a resend, the serial number printed on the picture ticket will be different from the one printed on the original shipment.
