[Estimated shipping date]
Around late February 2026

Those who join and renew their membership by the dates below will be eligible for shipping.
If you wish to join, please complete the registration and renewal procedures.
*New members will receive a membership card, and continuing members will receive renewal benefits.

[Shipping target]
Active members as of February 1, 2026 (Sunday), and new members who have paid their annual membership fee by February 1, 2026 (Sunday).

[Continuing benefits]
Those who complete the renewal procedure between 00:00 on Thursday, September 4, 2025 and 23:59 on Sunday, February 1, 2026 will receive a renewal bonus in an enclosed mailing.
This year's continuing bonus is a smartphone grip (1 piece).

*Continuation benefits vary depending on the year of continuation.
・If your renewal membership expires between September and December 2026, we will send you a tin case.
・If your renewal membership expiration date is after January 2027, we will send you a smartphone grip.

[Shipping method and shipping address]
The item will be shipped via direct mail to the address registered on your My Page as of Sunday, February 1, 2026.
If your address changes, please update it on your My Page by 23:59 on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

If you have not received your package by Sunday, March 1, 2026, please contact us using the dedicated reception form during the reception period for undelivered packages.
*The URL for the reception form will be announced at a later date.

[Undelivered item acceptance period]
From Monday, March 2, 2026, 0:00 to Friday, March 13, 2026, 23:59
*Please note that we cannot accept requests for non-arrival outside of the acceptance period.

[Regarding defective products]
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it.
Please contact us using the inquiry form during the period for accepting defective products listed below.
