[How to apply]
① After changing your registered address to your current address on "My Page", select the "Go to confirmation screen" button at the bottom of this reception form.
②Select the "Submit" button on the confirmation screen to complete your application.
※Items to check when changing your My Page※
・If you are not receiving your package even though your address is correct, please check that you have entered the building name.
・If the name on your home nameplate is different from the addressee's name, the package will be returned due to "unknown addressee." If this applies to you, please register "●● (name on nameplate)" at the end of your address.
[Regarding defective products]
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it.
Please contact us using the inquiry form during the period for accepting defective products listed below.

*Valid members as of Wednesday, August 31, 2022, and new members who have paid their annual membership fee by Wednesday, August 31, 2022.
*Those who join after Thursday, September 1, 2022 will not be eligible to receive Newsletter No. 7. Newsletter will be delivered from the next issue onwards.
*The re-delivery is scheduled for the end of November 2022. We will inform you again when the item is shipped, so please wait for a while until it arrives. (As the re-delivery will be carried out in bulk to the relevant members who contacted us via the non-delivery reception form, we will not be able to inform you of the re-delivery status or respond to inquiries individually.)
* Items will be delivered to the address you specify. If the item cannot be delivered due to reasons such as the mailbox being too small, it will be returned and a notice of absence will be posted, so please arrange for redelivery yourself.
