We would like to inform you that Yamamoto Sayaka, who is affiliated with our company, will be terminating her management contract with our company and leaving the agency on December 31, 2022, by mutual agreement.

We have come to the utmost respect for Yamamoto Sayaka 's wish to pursue a new stage in her career, and have mutually agreed to terminate her management contract.

Going forward, Yamamoto Sayaka will set up her own agency and will work in partnership with our company.

However, the fan clubs "SYC" and "SYC Mobile" will continue to exist without any changes.

Our company intends to support Yamamoto Sayaka as she succeeds in her new environment.
