- How do I stop automatic renewal of my credit card?
When you access your My Page, the "Automatic Renewal" section will show "Continuing" if you are still on the plan, and "Continuance Stopped" if you have stopped automatic renewal.
To stop automatic renewal, click "Confirm/change/stop card information" on My Page and complete the procedure on the page you will be redirected to.
*If you have stopped automatic renewal, "Confirm/change/stop card information" will not be displayed.
*Please note that once you stop automatic renewal, you will not be able to set it up again.
If you cancel automatic renewal, you will need to carry out the renewal procedure yourself.
* Renewal procedures are available from the 1st of the month in which your membership expires.
*We will also notify you by email when the period in which you can renew your subscription begins.
Automatic renewal can be suspended up until the 20th of the month your membership expires.
Please note that your subscription will be automatically renewed after the due date.
